DIe Quellhütte - ein historisches Haus mit Charakter ....
Mit dem Bau der 2. Wiener Hochquellwasserleitung wurde auch auf dem Grundstück der Quellhütte ein neues Kapitel aufgeschlagen. Auf den Jahrhunderte alten Fundamenten einer Ordensaußenstelle errichtete die Stadt Wien eine neue Schule im Salzatal, direkt neben dem Quellstollen, der noch heute den Brunnen speist.
Das Haus ist ein massiver Holzblock-Bau mit großen, über 3 m hohen Räumen, außen teilweise mit Schindeln gedeckt, innen nach alter Wiener Tradition verputzt. Die wilde Mischung aus Jagdhaus und Bürger-Villa macht den besonderen Charme dieser "Alten Dame" unter den Gebäuden Weichselbodens aus.
Bürgermeister, Kaiser, Bundespräsident .... viele Würdenträger waren in der langen Geschichte dieses Hauses schon da. Schau doch einfach durch die Bildergalerien, ob es auch Dir hier gefallen könnte!

Überblick über das Raumangebot ....
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Ferienwohnung "Parterre", die in verschiedenen Varianten 70-140 m² umfasst, ("Parterre" L, XL oder XXL) über einen separaten Eingang (Nr. 20/1) von der Zufahrtsstraße verfügt und für Aufenthalte >1 Monat gemietet werden kann (-> DauerMiete ). Hier sind Haustiere willkommen.
Die verschiedenen Varianten bestehen meist aus dem gleichen Küchen- & Sanitärbereich, aber mit unterschiedlicher Zahl von Schlafzimmern. So bekommst Du die Wohnfläche, die Du Dir wünscht. Überflüssige Zimmer bleiben geschlossen und Du bezahlst nur, was Du auch brauchst.
Über den zweiten Hauszugang (Nr. 20/2) gelangt man über ein Stiegenhaus in den 1. Stock. Hier befinden sich die Verwalterwohnung und das Zusatzzimmer "Rotrieg'l", das die Apartments ergänzt, wenn der Platz dort nicht ausreicht.
Im 2. Stock befindet sich die Ferienwohnung "Dachbod'n", die in verschiedenen Varianten 70-150 m² ("Dachbod'n L, XL oder XXL") umfasst. Das gibt viel Platz für die Gäste - aber keinen für Haustiere.

The Swedish wood-burning stove with a fire window not only provides crackling warmth, but also delicious aromas when you use it for cooking!

The eat-in kitchen, with an induction stove, recirculating extractor hood, dishwasher, and microwave, is well-equipped with tableware and a dining table for 10 people.
The ceiling fans ensure pleasant air even on sweltering summer days, and in winter they disperse the rising heat back down to the floor.
In the pantry/utility room, you'll find plenty of space for your food supplies and a large refrigerator/freezer combination.

The "Hochstand" living gallery is located in the gable area above the living room and houses a queen-size bed for 1-2 people (140x200cm).
The "Hochstand" is more than just a small double bed - there's an additional lounge area on the platform in front of it.
